Techstars + SVB

Techstars is a global ecosystem that helps entrepreneurs build great businesses. Led by Logan LaHive and Dan Willoughby, the heavily mentorship-based program brought the best of Excelerate Labs, launched in 2010, to the national platform of Techstars in 2013. Excelerate was founded by Troy Henikoff (SurePayroll) and Sam Yagan (Match.com, OKCupid, Sparknotes), both who remain onboard as invaluable mentors to the program.

The program selects ten companies each summer to participate in the three-month program in which they build connections and accelerate their business. The program culminates in Demo Day at the end of the program with the companies showcasing their progress and plans to more than 500 angel and venture investors from around the country.
